Leading
Fortune 500 medical company in the surgical equipment arena has need for a
Territory Assistant positon in South Florida. Ideal position for the person
who has 1-2 years of some outside sales experience in b2b sales or light medical.
Travel about 40%/50% of time. Move into full line position after 12-24 months
as Territory Assistant. Must be able to relocate sometime during the 12-24
month period. This is a one to two year program leading to a full line sales
rep position with potential to make $200k to $250k+ Base salary $45,000 with
opportunity to earn another $5,000 bonus based on performance. Position includes
AMEX card for expenses, cell phone, laptop and car allowance plus gas. One
(1) to Two (2) years of business to business sales experience or light medical
sales experience in disposable medical products, etc. Must demonstrate high
energy level and lots of enthusiasm and a passion for the job. College degreed
with BA/BS degree and computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite of products
like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous professional sales training with
Fortune 500 company is a real plus.
Surgical
Device Sales
(Fort Lauderdale, Florida) - ($130k First/Year)
The Surgical Sales Specialist will work closely with surgeons in the hospital operating room and high acuity units, developing positive, collaborative relationships with clinical care providers focused on the surgical patient. The Surgical Sales Specialist will develop strong working relationships with the discharge planners ensuring Post Acute patient follow up by preferred Home Healthcare agencies. The Surgical Sales Specialist will leverage existing Acute and Alternate Site Territory manager and distribution channels to create a positive team approach to all the targeted facilities within the territory. Three (3) or more years of combined health care sales experience selling to surgical and /or burn markets with a solid clinical and business understanding of the call points. Must be able to demonstrate a documented track record of success in sales of surgical device related products. Must have an established, positive working customer relationships with key healthcare decision makers focused on providing care for the surgical patient.
(South Miami, Florida) - $100k First/Year)

The ideal candidate will be a Type “A” personality with
excellent oral and written communication skills and a professional image.
A minimum of three years of surgical sales experience selling in surgery in
the operating room and no non-compete. The manager will consider hard charging,
aggressive B2B sales people like Lanier, ADP, Paychex, Danka, Canon, IKON,
Pitney-Bowes, Standard Register who have documented success and just want
to make a lot of money. Ideal person will have 3+ years of outside successful
sales experience on resume since college. Will consider strong pharmaceutical
rep not working in a POD environment and calling on neurosurgeons, orthopedic,
spine or pain management surgeons.
