CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER - BOCA RATON, FLORIDA
South Florida opportunity for a CCO that would report directly to the CEO and the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board. The Chief Compliance Officer oversees the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews, evaluates, and resolves compliance issues within the company and its affiliates . The position ensures the Board of Trustees, management and employees that they achieves consistently high levels of compliance with all laws and regulations while supporting the growth.
The position provides advice and direction to the Board, senior management, and employees on resolving and preventing compliance issues stemming from compliance with state and federal civil, criminal and administrative law, including fraud and abuse laws, Medicare Conditions of Participation, the Stark and Anti-kickback statute, EMTALA, HIPAA, FDA and OHRP. The Chief Compliance Officer ensures that policies and procedures are being followed and that behavior in the organization meets the Code of Conduct and ethical standards.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and five years CCO experience in a health care compliance function required. Preferred areas of education include finance, accounting, and law. Masters degree preferred
Functionally
proficient in areas of regulatory law including fraud and abuse laws, Medicare
Conditions of Participation, the Stark and Anti-kickback statute, EMTALA,
HIPAA, FDA and OHRP regulations, etc.

CLINICAL STROKE COORDINATOR - BOCA RATON, FLORIDA
The Clinical Stroke Coordinator ensures quality, timeliness and effectiveness of stroke care delivery for this facility and is responsible for program assessment, planning, organizing, implementation, budgeting, performance improvement, education, stroke program hospital services utilization, community outreach, pre-hospital education, and marketing/communications. The Clinical Stroke Coordinator works in a multidisciplinary role to promote quality in clinical practice for a specific patient population with the goal of providing superior quality, competitive value, and outstanding service to patients, families and the community.
Five years of stroke patient care nursing experience as an RN with emphasis
in critical care required. The ideal candidate will come from a top 100 stroke
facility" Previous stroke nursing education experience required.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of stroke patient care in a complex
acute care setting, demonstrated success in program development preferred
in a leadership role, knowledge with stroke data bases and Joint Commission
standards for primary stroke certification, stroke committee participation
are the components of what our client is looking for.
BSN, Masters Degree required, Current Florida RN license, BLS from American
Heart Association and ACLS from American Heart Association National Certification
NURSE MANAGER - FLINT, MICHIGAN
We are searching for a full time Nurse Manager for a top level Medical/Surgical Unit.

* Supports medical residency program
Position Summary:
Responsible for administration and management of services and personnel in
assigned nursing unit(s). Responsible for overseeing the nursing plan of care
for patients within the assigned unit. Responsible to see that the nursing
plan of care meets the physiological and emotional needs of the patient are
served. Directs patient care through performance/or leadership of patient
care team members and patient care management staff. Assists in the coordination
of patient care through the appropriate utilization of all resources: staff,
equipment, supplies, etc. As an expert to manage the assigned specialty, is
a resource to both the medical center staff and physicians.
Required Education/Experience:
1. Licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice nursing in Michigan.
2. A minimum of 3 years job-related experience.
3. A minimum of 2 years demonstrated leadership performance.
4. BCLS Certification.
Preferred Education/Experience:
1. Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related health care field. Please forward
